Requirements for hotel reservation
1. With regard to all confirmed reservations, the hotel will not guarantee the rooms unless it has received the guarantee deposits at the specified dates or the reservations have met with the guarantee terms confirmed by the hotel.
2. During the check-in time, the customers should present the confirmation from reservation center with their names, dates of check-in and room types on it and should match the information of reservation. The hotel will not be responsible for any mistakes thus occur.
3. The hotel charge is calculated by one room per night and the room is suitable for one or two persons to live in.
4. The check-in time will be 12:00 o'clock at noon and the check-out time will be no later than 12:00 o'clock at noon.
5. No extra charges will happen to children under the age of 12 who live with their parents. |
